Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients and co-workers. Is responsive to customer needs. Assist in planning, directs, and organizes the accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of financial information. Assist in analyzes of Income Statement to develop forecast strategies. Investigation of variances to plan and projections. Assist in preparedness of the client's monthly financial billing. Prepares support on major projects by gathering and analyzing detailed information. Works with front line managers to develop knowledge and accountability for department financial information. Responsible for developing spreadsheets, schedules and other supporting documentation for accurate reporting. Assist in preparedness of annual operating budget. Assures that all company, corporate and normal business and ethical standards are closely adhered to and correct any deviations encountered. Works with Corporate accounting to ensure financial reporting integrity. Ensures that all accounts have fully complied with monthly financial reporting standards. Maintains established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment. Complies with all OSHA regulations and other local, state and federal government regulations. Maintains compliance with ARAMARK's standards of operation. Adheres to ARAMARK's Business Conduct Policy at all times. Maintains all records and reports to ensure compliance, with all local, stated and federal regulations and codes. Maintains compliance with all requirements of Federal, State and local regulations and guidelines including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
